Track Your Order
Every Modak Maestro order is delivered by our own Bangalore team, so tracking is personal rather than automated.
1. WhatsApp updates
We message you at each step on the number you ordered with: order confirmed → dispatched → out for delivery. You can reply to any of those messages and reach us directly.
2. Your order status page
The confirmation email we sent when you ordered contains a View your order link. That page always shows the current status of your order. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, or message us on WhatsApp with the phone number you ordered with and we will resend it.
3. Delivery window
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on Friday, 11 September 2026 are delivered anywhere in Bangalore within 3 days, by Sunday, 13 September 2026.
