Welcome to Modak Maestro. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them once — they are written in plain English.

1. About us

This website is operated by Modak Maestro, registered at Rachenahalli, Thanisandra, Bengaluru 560077, Karnataka, India. Throughout these terms we are referred to as "Modak Maestro", "we", "us".

2. Placing an order

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ / Rs.) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • An order is accepted only after we receive full or

  • We may decline an order if pricing is clearly incorrect, stock is unavailable, or the order appears to be for resale.

3. Pricing and availability

We try hard to keep pricing and stock accurate, but sometimes a typo or a supplier change slips through. If we discover a genuine error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing it and offer the choice of a corrected price or a full refund.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver only within Bangalore (Bengaluru). Delivery times are estimates; festival-week volumes may add 1 day.
  • The hard order cutoff for Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 is **Fri 11 Sep 2026, 6:00 PM IST**. Orders confirmed before this cutoff will be delivered by Sunday 13 Sep 2026 in serviceable pincodes.
  • After the cutoff, the storefront closes for the festival and no further orders can be placed.

5. Payment

  • We accept prepaid payments only: UPI, cards (domestic + international), netbanking, wallets — processed via Razorpay.
  • **We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.**

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders, scrape product data, or impersonate Modak Maestro on any channel). We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All product images, descriptions, the Modak Maestro name, and our brand marks are owned by Modak Maestro. Please ask before using them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. a missed event because of a delayed delivery).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
