We hand-pack every Modak Maestro idol with care. Here is how delivery works for Ganesh Chaturthi 2026.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver only in Bangalore (Bengaluru). All serviceable Bangalore pincodes get 3-day delivery from order confirmation. If your pincode is outside Bangalore, we regret that we cannot fulfil your order at this time — we will expand to more cities in future festival cycles.

2. Order cutoff

• Hard cutoff for Ganesh Chaturthi 2026: Friday 11 Sep 2026, 6:00 PM IST.
• Orders confirmed before the cutoff are delivered by Sunday 13 Sep 2026 in Bangalore.
• After the cutoff, the storefront closes and no further orders can be placed until the next festival cycle.

3. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on cart subtotal of ₹2,199 or more.
• Flat ₹299 shipping fee on cart subtotal below ₹2,199.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart subtotal.

4. Delivery promise

Our promise on every product page and the cart is: "Order by Fri 11 Sep 6 PM → Delivered by Sun 13 Sep in Bangalore". If we cannot meet this, we will message you on WhatsApp before dispatch and offer a full refund or a revised delivery date of your choice.

5. Delivery method

• Local Bangalore courier / same-city delivery partner.
• Hand-delivery is available in central Bangalore for an extra fee — message us on WhatsApp to arrange.

6. Order tracking

We send WhatsApp updates at every step: order confirmed → dispatched → out for delivery. You can also reply to any WhatsApp message to reach a human (not a bot).
