  • Order details: products, sizes, quantity, customisation requests
  • Payment confirmation from our payment partner (we never see your full card or UPI PIN)

We also automatically collect basic device and usage data when you visit our site (pages viewed, browser type, approximate city) so we can improve the experience and keep the store safe.

  • To process and deliver your order (including sharing your address with our shipping partner)
  • To confirm your order on WhatsApp
  • To send you order updates, festival announcements, and (only if you opt in) festive offers

  • Our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments
  • Our shipping partners to deliver your order
  • Our WhatsApp Business service provider to send you order updates (only if you message us first)
